To cope with the global epidemic of Covid 19 and its consequences,the employees of le Hüb have joined forces to welcome our Guests in the best conditions of health safety
Our properties did not close during this very serious crisis, we remained open with restricted service to allow our long stay guests (or those who had no choice) to stay in their apartment safely. Every effort has been made to protect our Guests and employees at the time of the deconfinement.
Enhanced protections of receptions, wearing visors, masks, use of gloves, new cleaning processes of apartments and common areas, new disinfection products in the standards requested by the government, displays of safety gestures, dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel in several points of our establishments, provision of kleenex, circulation, in common areas, handling clean / dirty linen…
Staying at le Hüb is the most effective and safest solution in the current situation and for many months to come: being able to meet with us in peace and security as at home is a major element of your safety and comfort; take advantage of the modularity of our apartments which are both hotel rooms and apartments; Use of the kitchen space when restaurants are limited in place and gatherings are reduced; Have at your disposal a perfectly equipped bathroom, a television with French and foreign programs, refrigerator, crockery…
Everything is designed to give you a choice: stay in your apartment or go out, according to your desires and the environment.
All these precautionary elements are part of a Book to Good Health Safety Practices that is available to all our Guests if they wish to know more about it. This book will evolve according to the situation and the measures to come. It is directly derived from the work of our Union, the SNRT (National Union of Tourist Residences), whose document, validated by the High Council for Public Health, is available here.
Of course we would like to be able to welcome you as before, in conviviality, have the pleasure of shaking hands, talking to you without protection and showing you the smile of our great teams, seeing you stroll through our establishments, advise you, tell you the good plans orally… We will get there, but we must first go through this safe step, and rest assured, we will be there by your side!
